Reflexology
Relax, Rebalance, Recharge

Life can be busy and incredibly stressful at times...
If you work from home, you may be struggling to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Perhaps you have additional caring responsibilities or you may have health concerns of your own?
Stress is a complex condition that affects almost all parts of the body and may manifest as sleep disturbance, digestive problems, joint pain or muscular tension.
Extended periods of stress may impact wellbeing and cause longer term health issues, so it's best to address it - and relaxation is key.

Reflexology is a gentle holistic treatment that will provide you with the opportunity to relax and unwind, away from the pressures of everyday life.
Sessions may help to:
Relieve stress
Improve sleep
Lift low mood
Ease muscular tension
Enhance wellbeing
* In a research study, reflexology was shown to significantly reduce stress levels, being associated with an increased feeling of ease and a reduction in anxiety

Please note that reflexology never claims to cure, but allows your body's own natural healing to take place.
Reflexology can provide support and may be beneficial for conditions including:

Enhanced reflexology treatments
Top to Toe Reflexology is a combined foot and facial reflexology treatment. You'll be treated to 30 minutes of soothing facial reflexology, followed by 30 minutes of balancing foot reflexology - a deliciously restorative whole body experience.
Hot Stone Reflexology uses gentle heat from thermal stones to induce deeper relaxation. This nurturing treatment helps to relieve tension in the feet and lower legs and can be particularly soothing during the colder months of the year.
