Restorative reflexology
A calming foot reflexology session - to promote deep relaxation and restore natural balance.
The treatment includes a soothing warm muslin foot cleanse and the use of a natural blended reflexology balm.
60 minutes (treatment time 50 minutes)
’Top to Toe’ reflexology
A nurturing wellbeing session that includes 30 minutes of soothing facial reflexology and 30 minutes of balancing foot reflexology.
The treatment includes a gentle facial cleanse, head massage, a warm towel foot cleanse and the use of a prescriptive organic facial oil/natural blended reflexology balm.
Please note that facial reflexology cannot be carried out within 6 weeks of having botox or dermal fillers. Due to the reclined position necessary. the treatment is not suitable after 16 weeks of pregnancy.
75 minutes (treatment time 60 minutes)
Hot stone reflexology
A deeply relaxing reflexology session, to soothe, calm and restore natural balance.
The treatment includes the use of a natural massage balm and warm thermal stones upon the feet and lower legs.
Please note that this treatment is not suitable during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, or if there are varicose veins or inflammation/dermatitis of the legs.
