My Story
I love helping women to enhance their health and wellbeing - whatever stage of life they're at!
I experienced reflexology for the first time 28 years ago, when I was searching for a solution to some frightening panic attacks that had appeared out of nowhere...
I’d always been confident and capable, so the physical and emotional symptoms that I was experiencing felt completely overwhelming.
A friend suggested I try reflexology but, as I wasn't fond of my own feet and couldn't imagine anyone else touching them - I went along to my first session with some trepidation! But I found the treatment incredibly soothing and actually felt myself being able to relax and unwind... and later I ended up having the best night's sleep I'd had in ages!
Life had become pretty hectic, as I had two young boys under the age of four. So the fortnightly reflexology sessions provided much needed 'me-time' and my lovely reflexologist encouraged me to prioritise my own self-care. So I began listening to my favourite music, started reading again and began enjoying some regular relaxing baths.

Within three months I had begun to feel so much better and my anxiety symptoms had massively reduced. I found that the reflexology treatments and being able to talk to an empathetic reflexologist truly helped me to recover. Sharing my worries, within a nurturing environment had proved to be cathartic and that's exactly why I provide a peaceful safe space for every one of my clients today.
My experience had demonstrated how therapeutic the power of touch could be and I felt drawn to train as a reflexologist, to help others who were struggling.
And now, 23 years after qualifying, I'm as passionate as ever about this gentle therapy and the wonderful way it supports overall health and wellbeing.
If you’re expecting a baby, have encountered fertility issues, are struggling with menopausal symptoms, would like support for an existing health condition - or are just in need of some restorative relaxation - please get in touch, as I'd love to help!
