As a Women's Health Reflexologist, I’m extremely passionate about helping you to optimise your health and wellbeing.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy that provides gentle stress relief for many common health complaints, including Stress, Anxiety, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and Insomnia.
Each calming treatment session will help you to relax, unwind and leave the pressures of daily life behind.
Reflexology can provide support for every stage of life...
Reflexology for Fertility sessions are available if you're planning to start a family or are struggling to conceive.
Perhaps Endometriosis or PCOS are causing hormone imbalance and could be affecting your fertility?
Maternity Reflexology sessions may address many common pregnancy niggles including Morning Sickness and will support you throughout pregnancy and help you to prepare for labour.
Treatments may also help restore balance during the postpartum period and Baby Reflexology sessions are available to help ease any discomforts your little one may have.
The years leading to Menopause may sometimes bring challenging symptoms that may affect your quality of life, including Hot Flushes, Brain Fog, Anxiety and Insomnia.
My own menopause struggles led to a copious amount of research and inspired me to undergo additional training - so I love being able to provide Reflexology for Menopause support, for anyone navigating the menopausal transition!
I also offer the deeply soothing and nurturing Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift treatments - that really help a busy brain to 'switch off'!
Zone Face Lift is an intense and targeted treatment, using facial massage, warm towels and specialist tools to 'lift' and sculpt the face. This helps to stimulate collagen and elastin production, which may result in a more toned and youthful appearance (the effects are cumulative).
Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift boost blood circulation and improve lymphatic drainage, bringing a natural radiant glow to the complexion... to leave you with renewed confidence, which can be especially beneficial during the menopausal years!
Hot Stone Reflexology and Top to Toe Reflexology - a fabulous combination of facial and foot reflexology - complete the list of wellbeing treatments that I offer.
Are you feeling overwhelmed right now?
Life can certainly be challenging at times and you may be juggling the demands of a hectic work and home life.
Perhaps you have caring responsibilities - or are struggling with health issues of your own?
Anxiety, Insomnia and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) may be worsened (or may even be caused) by stress.
These common conditions often lead to clients seeking reflexology for the first time and seem to respond well to the stress relief that treatments provide.
Why choose reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle holistic therapy that encourages deep relaxation.
It provides support for a wide range of health issues including:
Reflexology does not claim to cure, but works in a gentle way to activate your body’s own natural healing processes.
Sessions are also available for Pregnancy and Fertility Issues.

Reflexology for Fertility
Struggling to conceive?
It can take a healthy couple up to twelve months for conception to occur naturally…
If you’re feeling anxious because things haven't happened for you yet, reflexology may be able to help.
You may have a condition that could make conception more difficult, such as endometriosis or PCOS...
Perhaps diagnostic tests have resulted in unexplained infertility, or you may have decided upon assisted conception and would like to be supported through your IVF cycle?
Reflexology is a deeply calming treatment that is known to relieve stress, which can negatively impact the entire reproductive process.
I have seen many wonderful outcomes - both from natural and assisted conception - during the 15 years that I have been treating couples experiencing fertility issues.

Pregnancy reflexology sessions are a nurturing experience for any mum-to-be and can be a wonderful way to connect with your little one.
* G. Motha and J. McGrath - 1992 "The effects of reflexology on labour outcome".
Regular reflexology treatments towards the end of your pregnancy, may result in you having an easier labour!

Balancing Hormones
As women, we’re governed by hormones, that fluctuate widely throughout our lives!
The action of hormones causes powerful physiological changes within the body.
Endometriosis and PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) are conditions caused by hormone imbalance and may mean that conception is more difficult to achieve.
Reflexology may help if you’re affected by these conditions and you can find out more here.

Perimenopause and Menopause
Struggling with anxiety, hot flushes or night sweats?
Menopause can be a time of great emotional upheaval, but it can be physically challenging too…
It’s difficult to survive on just a few hours sleep, when you’re trying to juggle work and family responsibilities.
You may be experiencing lots of menopausal symptoms, or just a few, including:
If you’re over the age of 40, declining hormone levels are usually to blame and symptoms are seen as a natural part of the ageing process.
But this doesn’t make it any easier and if your quality of life is seriously being affected, please seek help, as this is more widely available now.
Some calming reflexology may help to relieve any anxiety and help you cope better with this stage of life.
Simple lifestyle changes can also make a big difference to the way that you’re feeling and we’ll explore this during a pre-treatment consultation.
If your symptoms are particularly debilitating, I’d encourage you to visit your GP to discuss other treatment options that are available to you.
Reflexology works well alongside Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and can provide additional calming support.
